Tune into KPDQ 93.9 FM October 9th and Learn How You Can Help the Homeless

The days are getting cooler and more rainy days are ahead and before too long it will be the holiday season.  Fall and the holidays can be very difficult for those living on the streets.  You can help those struggling to survive by providing a healthy meal at Union Gospel Mission.  We will be partnering with KPDQ 93.9 FM on Tuesday, October 9th to share inspiring stories of how one meal can be the turning point for someone who is alone and hopeless.

Demand for meals has gone up 11% in 2012 compared to 2011- and we expect demand to be the greatest during the fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas season.  Union Gospel Mission provides over 500 meals per day at a very cost effective $1.92, so we hope you can tune in to KPDQ 93.9 FM and help us meet the need for those who are hungry and hopeless in our community.
